A petit project room filled with wrapped boards and mirror and sticthed plexi.

The basis for all my work originates from the domestic sphere; the themes often subconscious preoccupations with personal memory. Found household objects and discards, often thrift store or recycled finds, as well as images from film or television, craft materials and techniques come together to acknowledge an affinity with all things hidden or overlooked. The manipulation or transformations in my pieces follow Jasper Johns’ dictum: “Take an object. Do something to it. Do something else to it. Do something else to it.” You will find varied media (video, site specific installation, sculptural objects of ceramic or yarn).
